BIOGRAPHY
IN GOOD COMPANY
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of receiving support from a community of people and organizations that have been fundamental to my artistic and professional evolution. This journey would not have been possible without the trust and backing of many who have believed in my work and invested in giving visibility to my art.
I have been supported by renowned institutions and spaces, such as MUVE (Civic Museums of Venice), which hosted my exhibition at the prestigious Museo Fortuny in Venice, a significant moment in my career. I am also grateful for the support of the Community of Madrid, which has sponsored and backed several of my exhibitions, such as “Ars Gratia Artis. Madrid” at the Centro Cultural Casa de Vacas and the eponymous exhibition at Plaza de Toros Las Ventas in Madrid.
I had the great fortune of receiving institutional support from figures such as His Holiness Pope Francis, who received my work “La Piedad” at the Vatican, making it part of the Vatican Collection. This was made possible thanks to Carlos Osoro Sierra, Archbishop of Madrid, who illuminated the path to fulfilling this long-cherished goal. Additionally, Queen Sofía of Spain, who awarded me the diploma in recognition of my educational trajectory, has also been a fundamental pillar in my development. I am deeply grateful to La Legión Española, and especially to Lieutenant General José Rodríguez García, with whom I shared a memorable event, as well as to all the athletes, businesspeople, CEOs of multinational corporations, and political and cultural figures who, with their support and trust, have enriched my artistic journey.
Influential figures from various fields, such as Norma Duval, who has been a strong advocate for my work, and Baroness Thyssen-Bornemisza, who not only supported my career but also gave her endorsement to my work, have been key references in the world of art. I would also like to acknowledge the support of José Antonio Camacho, David Aganzo, Hilario García, Ortega Cano, Alejandro Sanz, athletes, elite sports figures, businesspeople, and CEOs of major companies or multinational corporations, who, through their own influence, have invested in the art I have lovingly tried to create, and have been pillars in my growth. Each of these supports has been essential in continuing to pursue my passion for art, and it is an honor to share my journey with all of them. I thank everyone for their trust, commitment, and for being part of this journey, which remains, above all, a tribute to collaboration and teamwork.
There have been many, and surely I haven’t named everyone, as perhaps I shouldn’t, but you all know who you are. To all of you, I give my thanks for your affection.
And, of course, to my family and friends, who always provide me with support, not only for my mind but also for my heart…

"REMEMBER THE NAME OF ALBERTO RODRÍGUEZ SERRANO"
“Picasso, Goya, Velázquez, Dalí, Sorolla; these are just a few of the many geniuses who have represented Spanish culture worldwide, waving the flag of quality, sensitivity, and artistic virtue. Now, from my perspective as a collector and art lover, our society has the opportunity to appreciate and enjoy a talent that is rarely seen in our time. A new name will be written among the great masters who have endured throughout history and the evolution of Spanish art.
Remember the name of Alberto Rodríguez Serrano.“
