Alongside the Spanish Legion
Presentation of the painting "La Legión" at the Maestro Padilla Municipal Auditorium in Almería
On May 17, 2025, I had the honor of collaborating with the Spanish Legion in a very special event to commemorate Veterans’ Day and Legion Day, held at the Maestro Padilla Municipal Auditorium in Almería. This occasion brought together prominent figures from the political, military, and business fields, including Antonio Garamendi, President of the CEOE, senior military and police officers, and representatives from various institutions, such as the Councillor of Culture of Almería, who attended the event.
During the ceremony, where I presented my latest luminous works, I had the privilege of presenting the painting, “La Legión”, a piece that was received with great honor and created with affection and respect for the Security Forces and the Armed Forces of Spain.
I would like to express my gratitude to the Spanish Legion, to the Armed Forces in general, and, in particular, to His Excellency Brigadier General José Agustín Carreras Postigo, who presented me with the diploma, as well as to his team for their hospitality and support.
I would also like to highlight the extraordinary work of the Music Unit, which made this event a unique experience. Their professionalism, directed by Javier Vallejo, was essential to the success of the event, once again demonstrating the high level of dedication and commitment of all those involved.
